Present	Owner and head trainer for Elliott's Police Canine. Master Sergeant and officer in charge (OIC) of Hutchinson Correctional Facility K-9 Unit.
1998-2000	Head trainer for private police canine company.
1988-1998	Employed by Kansas Department of Corrections, Hutchinson Correctional Facility. Transferred to HCF K-9 Unit full time in December, 1993. Sniper for Hutchinson Correctional Facility (1989-1998). Team leader for the hostage rescue team for the Hutchinson Correctional Facility (1995-1998). Heavily involved in training of Hutchinson Correctional Facility "SORT" team in tactics and K-9 deployment. Worked closely with law enforcement agencies (Local Police, County Sheriff, State, and Federal agencies) utilizing canines. Judge for police canine certifications for various canine associations. Lead instructor for numerous police canine seminars and classes.
